If only they would just call my US phone (which has a voicemail system built into the service at no additional charge), but all of the locals want for us to have a local number, so now I have one with no voicemail service.
In my case, I will just have to monitor the handset over time to see if I have missed any calls and simply call them back. I speak to, too many Delhi-ites that keep telling me how technologically advanced India has become and I always refer them back to Customer services of ANY SINGLE company My God – I lose hair just thinking about asking a member of staff for help in a unique situation, where the staff have to use their mind (NOT SCRIPTED REPLY that I myself can find from their FAQ on their website) – and experience, and training to answer NOT make up stuff and use their authority as an EMPLOYEE to act like they know best!!
