They’re so corny! To be fair, the first one is supposed to be awkward, because the lovey dovey stuff embarrasses Yuu.
Haruka is like, “Why are you kissing me everywhere?” and Yuu responds “Because I couldn’t reach your mouth.” Then, later, Yuu is on Haruka’s lap and kissing her, and Haruka’s like, “I can’t feel my legs.” Yuu says, “Do you want me off?” Then Haruka says, “No, you just stopped my heart.”Īnd I was pretty much convulsing with laughter both times. One, when Yuu starts kissing Haruka all over when Haruka is laying at her desk. There are a couple of points where Haruka and Yuu go for big, super romantic lines. Speaking of, there actually was something else I liked in this episode, albeit maybe not for the reasons intended. Then again, I’m pretty sure Yuu could bribe Haruka to do anything with but a kiss or two … This is the risk you take when you conduct undercover journalistic operations - what if you don’t get the whole story?! At least they weren’t ferreting out the Watergate scandal or something.
It’s all little things like thinking that Haruka doesn’t spoil Yuu too much when she actually lacks the money to buy a stuffed animal, but it’s amusing. This week’s Thing That I Enjoyed In Sakura Trick: these two making assumptions without the proper context.
